注文について
■ ご注文から出荷までのお時間
ご注文完了後、通常1〜3営業日以内に発送いたします（土日祝・年末年始を除く）。一点一点、検品と丁寧な梱包を行い、お手元へとお届けします。日々の暮らしに寄り添う器が届くまでの時間を、どうぞ楽しみにお待ちください。
■ 注文内容のキャンセル・変更
ご注文完了後のキャンセル、および内容の変更（商品の追加・別注文との同梱など）は、システム上お受けすることができません。ご注文確定前に、内容にお間違いがないか今一度ご確認をお願いいたします。
※やむを得ない理由によりキャンセルを希望される場合は、[お問い合わせフォーム]よりご連絡ください。

お支払方法は以下よりお選びいただけます。

配送について
配送は、当店指定の配送業者（主にヤマト運輸）にてお届けいたします。

お茶のみ：330円(税込)
配送の日時指定については、発送完了メールに記載の追跡番号より配送業者へ直接ご依頼ください。
ギフトラッピングについて
現在、ギフトラッピングは【準備中】でございます。
5月中旬よりサービス開始を予定しております。
大切な方への贈り物をお考えのお客様には、今しばらくお待ちいただけますと幸いです。
返品交換について
器及び一部中古・ヴィンテージ品という商品の特性上、お客様のご都合（イメージ違い、サイズ間違いなど）によるキャンセル・返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
■ 万が一、破損や不備があった場合
梱包には細心の注意を払っておりますが、万が一お届けした商品が破損していた場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内に[お問い合わせフォーム]よりご連絡ください。
折り返し、交換・返金の手続きについてご案内させていただきます。
※陶磁器特有の「個体差（色ムラ、貫入、ピンホール、鉄粉など）」は、作家や窯元の意図した風合いであり、不良品には該当いたしません。量産品にはない、一点ものの器が持つ「景色」としてお楽しみいただければ幸いです。

Orders
■ Processing Time
Orders are normally shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and the New Year period). Each item is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves us.
■ Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it (including adding items or combining with another order) due to system limitations. Please double check your order before completing checkout. If you have an urgent reason for cancellation, please contact us via our contact form.
Payment

All payments are processed securely via encrypted online payment.
Shipping
Price includes shipping costs. We offer free international shipping — there is no separate shipping fee at checkout.
After shipment, your package will normally arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. The price you pay covers the product and shipping only — any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If you have questions about potential customs charges, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade pottery and include fragile vintage/one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or color expectations.
■ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact form with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.
Please note that natural variations characteristic of ceramics (color unevenness, crazing, pinholes, iron specks, etc.) reflect the artisan's intended character and are not considered defects — they are part of the unique beauty of handmade pottery.
