割れ物のため、次のように梱包してお届けしています。

• 発送前に一点ずつ検品し、欠け・ひびがないことを確認します。
• 器は一点ずつ緩衝材で包み、箱の中で動かないよう隙間を埋めて梱包します。
• 化粧箱は付属しません。贈りものにはギフトラッピング（330円）をご利用ください。

お届けした日のうちに箱を開け、器に欠け・ひびがないかをご確認ください。色ムラ・貫入・ピンホール・鉄粉などは陶磁器特有の「景色」で、不良品には当たりません。

Please contact us via "Inquiries" within 5 days of receiving the product. After confirmation, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of its arrival. We may not be able to assist you after this period.

Due to the nature of pre-owned items, we generally do not accept returns for customer reasons. Please contact us if the item significantly differs from the product description.
