It is our hope to bring a sense of wonder and new discovery to your daily life.

The dot pattern, created by carefully applying glaze and slip one by one with a brush, is the defining technique of Ichino-san's work.
Even with the same pattern, the expression changes dramatically depending on the color combination and balance.
Incorporating the very soil of Tanba into the stippling, her style manages to feel charming yet sophisticated.

Mayuko Ichino

1993　Born in Sasayama, Hyogo Prefecture (now Tanba-Sasayama City)
2016　Graduated from Okayama Prefectural University, Ceramic Design Course
2017　Returned to her hometown of Tanba and began potting at her family's studio, "Shozo-gama"
2024　Became independent from Shozo-gama and opened her own studio, "Asa-no-gama," in Tanba-Sasayama City
