About Your Order
■ Time from Order to Shipment
After your order is completed, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and New Year's). Each item will be carefully inspected and packed before being delivered to you. Please look forward to the arrival of pottery that will enhance your daily life.
■ Order Cancellation/Modification
Cancellations and modifications to your order (such as adding items or consolidating with another order) cannot be accepted after the order is completed due to system limitations. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, which include pottery and some used/vintage items, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer reasons (e.g., difference in image, incorrect size).

We take utmost care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged or if you receive an item different from your order, please contact us via the [Contact Form] within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will then guide you through the exchange or refund process.
※"Individual differences" inherent in ceramics (such as color unevenness, crazing, pinholes, iron spots) are considered part of the intended character by the artist or kiln and are not defects. We hope you enjoy these unique "sceneries" that one-of-a-kind pottery possesses, unlike mass-produced items.
