Bizen ware, one of Japan's Six Ancient Kilns, is a proud tradition of Okayama Prefecture. Each rice bowl, meticulously shaped by artist Jun Takagi, is characterized by its strong yet warm texture, achieved by firing without any glaze.

01. A comfortable, generous size that fits well in the hand.

The generous (large) size of approximately 13cm fits comfortably in a man's hand and is perfect for serving a hearty portion of freshly cooked rice. A (small) size of approximately 11cm is also available.

02. Reddish-brown and gray hues enhance the whiteness of white rice.

The characteristic reddish-brown and gray hues of Bizen ware further accentuate the whiteness of white rice, transforming everyday meals into a more luxurious experience. It blends seamlessly not only with Japanese cuisine but also with Western dishes on the table.
