A well-balanced blend of five ingredients: black soybeans, eucommia bark, goji berry leaves, jujube, and chenpi (dried mandarin orange peel). Among these, goji berry leaves, which use both stems and leaves, are known as "Kukoyō" in the world of traditional Chinese medicine and have been cherished for situations where people are prone to feeling changes due to season or age.

■ How to Prepare

Place a tea bag in a teapot, pour 300-400ml of hot water, and steep for about 2 minutes. You can enjoy 2-3 cups by adding more hot water. For simmering in a pot, use 500-800ml of hot water. You can adjust the strength to your liking.
